Warranty: - One-year limited warranty covering craftsmanship defects (loose prongs, defective clasps, metalwork
issues). - Does not cover normal wear and tear, damage by misuse/accident, lost or stolen items, or work by another
jeweler. - Custom orders are final sale and non-refundable. Jewelry Insurance Option: - Customers may purchase
insurance at checkout to cover loss, theft, or accidental damage. - Insurance covers repairs beyond warranty scope
and long-term protection. Care & Maintenance: - Professional inspection and cleaning every 6 months recommended.
